Austin, Texas based attorney JP Singh has a multi-jurisdictional business, commercial and tax law practice and has worked with clients in matters throughout the United States and Canada.

JP practices mainly in the area of business, corporate and tax law; corporate and commercial disputes, negotiations, debt workouts and litigation; and represents many small business owners, entrepreneurs, executives and private families and individuals with a range of legal issues ranging from personal to business matters.

JP also has substantial experience in the organization and advising of professional entities (such as law firms, medical practices and other similar professionally-licensed businesses and including advising regarding ethical and compliance-related matters).

As part of his tax and general business law practices, JP regularly works with lower-income taxpayers and individuals in a reduced fee or pro bono capacity as a public service with respect to matters ranging from tax debt workouts to personal dispute resolution.

As a former volunteer mediator, as well as an experienced commercial dispute attorney, JP is a firm believer that business and inter-personal disputes should be resolved efficiently, outside of litigation and without burdening the courts, whenever possible, through level-headed and disciplined negotiation.
